One day a caterpillar pops out of an egg and begins searching for food. The caterpillar eats a different kind of food on each of the seven days of the week. She eats this on Monday and that on Tuesday. So, it is helpful to teach children the days of the week. At the end of the book, she becomes a fat caterpillar and spins a cocoon and then emerges a beautiful butterfly. This book is good to teach the little ones the days of the week, nature, food and also counting.
